Product description
Fermented Corn (35% Crude Protein) 1. Basic Nutritional Composition Crude Protein: ~35% Crude Fat: ~3–4% Crude Fiber: ~8–10% Ash: ~7–8% Metabolizable Energy (ME): ~2,500–2,800 kcal/kg 2. Applications in Animal Feeding Ruminants (dairy and beef cattle): Highly suitable due to high fiber content, supporting digestion and stabilizing rumen microflora. Swine (pigs): Can be used moderately to supplement protein and energy, but must be balanced with other protein sources. Poultry: Less commonly used compared to Corn Gluten Meal (CGM) because of high fiber, which reduces digestibility. 3. Advantages Lower cost compared to Corn Gluten Meal 60%. Provides good energy and fiber for dairy and beef cattle. Utilizes by-products from corn processing industry → environmentally friendly. 4. Limitations Lower protein content compared to CGM. Lacks yellow pigments (xanthophyll) → does not enhance egg yolk or chicken skin color. High fiber → unsuitable for poultry and aquaculture diets. 📌 Conclusion: Fermented corn (35% protein) is a cost-effective feed ingredient, especially valuable for ruminants, but less efficient for poultry and fish due to its high fiber and lower protein compared to CGM.
